For years I struggled to find a reliable local instrument repair company that did not simply ship my cared for instruments to other companies to service. This strategy results In weeks without your instrument for a simple service, and astronomically high prices. Within this frustration was an idea. I spent years avoiding that system by learning my own servicing for my personal instruments. I began with the small operation of buying old instruments, teaching myself to repair them, and began a small instrument store after they were serviced. Out of that began a passion for reviving once cared for musical instruments. I loved bringing the things I loved back to life and providing others with them.

After I began getting more comfortable with working on the intricate systems of some more complicated instruments, I began to do repairs and cleanings for not only my own stash of instruments, but for friends, and family instruments as well.
